Paul focuses his talents on a few key specialties that satiate almost every palette and make for a memorable edible that can be customized for your special event, client gift, gourmet store or restaurant.
As Paul says, "Maybe it is because I am Mexican, but I feel like I have chocolate in my blood."
Paul makes his products at the licensed River Forest Kitchen just outside Chicago, which he shares with other passionate food entrepreneurs who often come together at farmers markets and other foodie events.
